Police say they received a call advising them that a pellet or BB had stuck one of the portables at Earnest Cumberland Public

The sod has been turned for the new Matthews House Hospice Centre of Excellence
The $6 million facility, located on Wellington St E in Alliston, will include libraries, family and staff resource rooms, and training and educational facilities for the community.

South Simcoe Police say a 53 year old man was treated for minor injuries after he was hit by the truck as it was turning left onto Simcoe Road from Holland Street East in Bradford

In 2016, the Ontario Ombudsman released a report on the Ministry of Community and Social Services response to situations of crisis involving adults with developmental disabilities.
The report was called "Nowhere to Turn" and was less than flattering to the government.

The Museum on the Boyne Advisory Committee will honour Donna Wice for her contributions to preserving heritage.
She will be honoured during this years Museum on the Boyne Wall of Honour ceremony on May 6th .
Mrs. Wice is a longtime member of the Innisfil Historical Society.
