Another jewellery heist at the 400 Flea Market
South Simcoe Police say another jewellery robbery occurred at the Roadshow 400 Antique Mall North last Friday (jan 12).
In a distraction robbery the thieves got away around $10,000 in loot.

A dream.
Amazon announced their shortlist for their second North America headquarter, or Amazon HQ2.
Amazon pared down their list from 238 to 20.

New Tecumseth Council finalized their 2018 budget this week
That is after they made some last minute tweaks.
One of those adjustments was to eliminate $80,000 for a paved parking lot at the new Beeton off leash dog park.

They have been busy helping homeless individuals find a decent meal and a warm place to sleep.

A hair salon in Bradford was the target of an attempted break and enter over the weekend.
South Simcoe Police say he tried to gain access to the salon...through the mail slot.
The incident was recorded on video.

The McDonald's in Angus was held up just after midnight Wednesday (jan 17).
Nottawasaga OPP are looking for two men whom they say got a way with some cash during the hold up.

MAN UP ON CHARGES, FACING MORE CHARGES

A frightening situation in Bradford Tuesday night (jan 16).
South Simcoe Police say they were called after a woman says a man who lives in her building had threatened to kill her.
Police say the woman claimed the man pushed her and then laid the threat.
